How the pricing scales
Event valet pricing comes down to guest count, estimated vehicles, and how many valets it takes to keep wait times low. Our published pricing estimator starts at $355 for events with up to 23 guests (roughly 1–10 cars, 1 valet), and scales up from there. A 150-guest event runs about $1,035 with 5 valets, and a 280-guest event runs about $1,715 with 9 valets. Every tier is posted, not hidden behind a “call for pricing” wall.

Pricing is contingent on parking availability and proximity, plus your guest arrival and departure window. Larger events beyond 300 guests are quoted individually.
What “.5 valets” means
You’ll notice some tiers list “1.5” or “2.5” valets. That’s not a typo: it means an additional valet is added just for the inbound arrival period, when cars are showing up in a short window and need extra hands to keep the line moving. That valet leaves once everyone’s parked, so you’re not paying for staffing you don’t need for the rest of the night.
What can move the price
The estimator is built around typical conditions, but a few things can shift the exact number: how far attendants have to walk or drive to park and retrieve vehicles, how tight your arrival and departure windows are, and whether your date falls on a holiday or in our peak season (December through March), when pricing may run slightly higher. If you’d like valets to politely decline tips, we can add a $15 per hour, per valet gratuity charge in their place so your guests never have to reach for cash. Every quote includes a 5-hour minimum, fully insured coverage, and professional uniformed staff.
